Mr Marius Voineag is currently the Chief Prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania.

He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Universitatea Nicolae Titulescu in 2004. He has been a prosecutor for over 15 years, holding management positions in various prosecutor’s offices.
